Guitar Picks are Elusive Little Jerks

I've started doing the drawings for the second installment of the "How to be a Hipster" series. It should be done in a couple of weeks. If it's not, that means I didn't make it through final exams.  Here's a little post while you wait.

Guitar picks are elusive little jerks.

Usually, when I need a pick, I can take one look at my floor and find one in plain site. Most of the time I even have a choice.

But recently I haven't been able to find ANY. I keep trying to use other things such as circular shaped earrings. Where have all my picks gone? I don't know, but they're probably in a black hole in my room along with all of the bobby pins and nailclippers I have ever purchased.

Last night, for example, I looked everywhere for a pick. When I finally found one, I dropped it while strumming, and it disappeared. It fell out of my hand and into the invisible guitar pick hiding place.

I looked everywhere and I could not for the life of me figure out where it had gone.

I've come to the conclusion that they slip into a fold in time and are never seen again.

That, or there's got to be some sort of guitar pick-eating monster under my bed that comes out at night and eats them all off the floor.

I JUST WANT TO PLAY GUITAR.
